- Professional musician, accompanist, teacher, church music director
- Privately trained in piano technology in 1983-4
- Registered Piano Technician in Piano Technicians Guild (PTG) since 1986
- Assistant piano technician UMKC Conservatory 1989-91
- Clients include piano teachers, schools, colleges & professional musicians
